Profile and Identity Verification
When you first open Account Settings, you will see your profile section. Here you enter your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. These details must match the documents you submit for identity verification—a requirement we enforce to protect your account and comply with local regulations.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before you can withdraw funds. We accept Indonesian national ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your document using the upload button in the Verification tab. Our team reviews submissions during business hours and notifies you by email once your identity is confirmed.
If your submission is rejected, we send a detailed message explaining what to correct. Common issues include glare on the document, mismatched names, or expired IDs. Resubmit a corrected photo and we will review it again. This process typically takes one business day.
Once verified, your account unlocks full withdrawal access. You can then link payment methods, request payouts to DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), and enjoy uninterrupted gaming across all categories.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Setup
The Payment Methods section lets you add, edit, and remove deposit and withdrawal wallets. mangga toto supports multiple local payment channels so you can fund your account and cash out winnings using the method most convenient for you.
- Digital wallets: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. Link your wallet by entering your registered phone number and confirming the connection via your wallet app.
- Bank transfers: e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. Provide your account holder name and account number. We verify bank details before processing your first withdrawal.
- e-wallet: A unified QR code standard supported across Indonesian payment networks. Scan the code in your Account Settings to link mobile banking as a deposit or withdrawal method.
To withdraw, navigate to the Withdrawal tab, select your linked payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed during business hours. Response times vary by method: digital wallets typically complete within 1–2 hours, bank transfers within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your withdrawal is sent.
Gaming Preferences and Notifications
Account Settings includes a Preferences section where you control how you receive updates and manage your gaming experience. You can toggle email notifications for deposit confirmations, withdrawal status, and promotional announcements. You can also set your preferred language (English or Bahasa Indonesia) and time zone.
Notification settings are separate from account security. Even if you disable promotional emails, you will still receive critical alerts—such as login attempts from new devices, identity verification updates, and withdrawal confirmations. These messages help protect your account.

Transaction History and Account Activity

This history is useful for reconciling your account balance, tracking payment method usage, and reviewing your gaming patterns. If you cannot access your email or believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. Provide your registered phone number and the email address on file. We verify your identity and help you regain access. Account recovery typically takes 1–2 business hours during business hours.
